We offer flexible weekly stays with no long-term lease. You can extend week by week as long as you need. Whether you're here for a 4-week assignment or several months, we accommodate your timeline.

Submit the online application with your info, employment, and a reference. Pay the $50 background check fee for screening. Once approved, you'll pay the $200 membership activation fee plus your first week's membership dues, sign your license agreement, and receive your move-in instructions.

Each suite comes fully furnished with a bed (queen or twin XL depending on the plan), linens, a dedicated desk and chair, a mini fridge, closet or clothing rack. Executive suites may also include a kitchenette.

StayHaven is a professional community. Short visits from guests are welcome during reasonable hours, but overnight guests are not permitted in shared rooms. Please check with management for specific guest policies.

Yes, free parking is available on-site for all members. There is no additional charge for parking.

All membership dues are processed securely through QuickBooks on a weekly basis. You can pay via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Invoices are sent weekly for your convenience and full transparency.

Yes. There is a $50 non-refundable background check fee paid when you submit your application. If approved, you then pay a one-time $200 membership activation fee (plus your first week's membership dues) to activate your membership. The $200 fee gives you access to our full portfolio of homes across Winter Haven, community events, professional development opportunities, and all member benefits. It is a one-time payment — not recurring — and applies regardless of which membership tier you choose.
